6. Are you being educated and informed on all aspects of the project by the landscape contractor or designer?
7. Are there any unknows in the project, which may generate change orders?
8. Do they have references or completed works which can be viewed?
9. Are you getting what the landscape contractor, architect, or designer specified?
10. Does the contractor back their work with a warranty?
11. Who will be in charge of overseeing the project?
12. Things that are too good to be true usually are, especially pricing.
